Why I Am Always Tired?

Extreme fatigue is often a result of disrupted, unhealthy sleep at night. Healthy sleep can be just as important as living a healthy lifestyle when you’re awake. There are numerous reasons why you might not be sleeping well and some are more serious than others, which is why it’s so important to talk to your doctor if you often feel fatigued. 

One possible cause of fatigue is sleep apnea, a sleep disorder in which people stop breathing when they are asleep. Sleep apnea is very common – approximately 1 in 5 adults have the condition – and it can have serious effects on your health.
